The lift car door is equipped with a control system. The motor is started to start the "open and close" of the door, and azimuth stowing switch for open and close. When the lift car reaches the leveling, the switch signal is transmitted to the main control, and the main control orders the door control system. Start the motor to open the door. When the time is up, the door close signal is short-circuited, and the door close command is sent. This is the general principle of lift door opening and closing, commonly known as two-cable control.
The lift door operator machine system is equipped with a PMSM control system and is driven by a servo motor. The factory uses a single line to control the opening/closing of the elevator door. Only one control line for opening the door is connected. When the opening time is up, the door will automatically close. When the elevator door is closed, the motor will automatically reverse when it encounters a person or object (gravity inertia is within 5mm). Without master control, the response is very sensitive, and a control line can be saved. This is a safety function of the elevator door machine system. The lift door operator system is a double positioning confirmation: the input door width size is executed by the encoder to check the CPU; the limit switch of the door opening and closing, confirming that both sides are in place, will output the opening/closing completion signal to the main control.
